I low-key agree...super intense, ruled by Mars, Scorpio tries to hold it all together, but without true Self reflection, detox, and just honoring the journey, they will crash and fall hard. #ScorpioSeason

Islam Moors. Happy Saturn's Degree (Saturday). The angel associated with this day is Cassiel (archangel) and Tzaphqiel (archangel). Saturn represents discipline and success. Kabbalistically, it is represented by Binah, the sephirot of understanding. It is the feminine energy that understands the deepest sorrows and burdens of this life. It is the ability to overcome, through the discipline and patience that earth sign energies give forth. I am grateful for this degree because the energy is training me to live on the straight and narrow path towards Allah and the 7 Elohim. Islam, and give thanks. I recently changed the way I facilitate readings via this platform. I no longer view Moor Astrology as a business, but rather as a service to fallen humanity. I am but a student of this great and vast knowledge, and I am taking this time to strengthen my skill. Yet, I still will complete readings, just only for donations. Donate what you can and will, and I will do a reading for you. I know that this method will be more efficient for me as I am currently working on my book and other projects. I felt this title befitting, as we have 7 days left until Scorpio season. It also references a Toni Braxton song (80s made me, 90s raised me, lol), and she is a Libra. She is the epitome of the Libra woman, in that she represents balance, charm, tact, beauty, and art.
In the last days of Libra, where will you place your focus? This is the last decant, so the energy exuded is akin to Gemini as well. Friendly, a bit flirtatious, but overall, sociable, while mastering the art of compromise and harmony. If Libra is in one of the Earth houses, this is probably a time where you might spend your finances with less care or concern than normal (not a lack of care or concern- particularly for Capricorn, Taurus, and Cancer who does NOT like to part with money). It's a good time to read/write/talk with people/discuss ideas...partnerships can be good, but they might be fleeting. Perhaps come together with another person to work on short-term goals/ideas. Also, Virgo is on FLEEK in the world of Astro-Logics. Venus, Mars, and Jupiter are in Virgo. The anxiety to be perfect, to dot every i, cross every t, and desire to serve are key aspects of Virgo. She is the great analyzer, and in Venus, she analyzes love; in Mars, she analyzes movements and actions; and in Jupiter, she analyzes what she gives (or receives)- in particular, since she is in a fall position w/ Jupiter, she restricts what we receive and give. This indicates a strong work ethic, swift thinking, and great logic and not luck is what will bring us all that we ever dream of receiving. For me, with my Virgo rising, it gives me a sense of accomplishment, which is necessary for me to be organized and have my life in order. If Virgo is in your fifth house, you would crave organization with your children, dating, and with recreational activities. Or perhaps you are drawn to reading and writing for fun. Either way, utilize Virgo to get somethings in order. Oh, with Venus in Virgo opposite of Neptune in Pisces, it's time to get serious about our Lov life instead of allowing ourselves to live in a dreamworld. The retrograde motion of Neptune is like peeling back a curtain, but just for a bit of time. Soak in all the information you can, and then analyze it- are you happy or content? Are your needs fulfilled? Now is a time for great honesty. Let your partner know where they stand or how you feel (Neptune and Pisces typically give illusions, but the retrograde is giving light to the truth). If you are single, look at yourself and determine what is holding you back? Is it that you are not ready? Do you know what you want in a mate? Again, the theme of analyzing and freeing ones' self from illusions is present. I trust you all benefit from this Astro analysis. Seven Moor Days till the next post. #KeepCalm #ScorpioSeason #LowKeyRunninIsh Sun in Gemini (16 degrees): Today is about seeking harmony through our thoughts. 1+6=7, so it is also about attaining spiritual perfection. The Moon trines in Aquarius, so progressive thoughts and compassion are key. Compassion for our brothers and sistars in their situations. Mars is conjunct the Sun, so our drive is mental. Jupiter sextiles, so we expand to give our life force energy through our thoughts. Even Uranus jumps in to cause sudden changes that initiate new ideas and concepts..we are to be enterprising without any fear.
Mercury is at home, still retrograde, making our thoughts and communications go haywire. The North Node trines, so we are to maintain the mental aptitudes we had in our past lives. We are to communicate with ancestors more so than people in the physical realm. Squaring Neptune, we must navigate with care through etheric energies tryna bring us down; thus, we likely experienced weird dreams last night. But we need to determine the real from the illusion overall. Venus and Saturn (in retrograde) trine in Fire energy. We work for love. At a critical degree, Saturn tells us we are new to higher sciences and must study and become disciplined in the art of mentally manifesting through universal and common law. Being that you get what you receive, today, focus on giving love. Pluto in Capricorn sits alone: he says to become Moor structured and disciplined. Navigate through limitations to overcome. And Chiron in Pisces calls forth healing through the Holy Waters, particularly underwater (so bathing or a pool is key). Trust this helps someone today. ISLAM Moors This evening marks the beginning of Walpurgisnacht, a German holiday celebrating the life of Saint Walpurga. Walpurga is a nun from Devonshire, England, who is known to have performed great magical feats during and after her life on Earth. Walpurgisnacht is celebrated by witches throughout Europe, and is the anniversary of the Church of Satan. It is the eve of May Day or Beltaine, which is also a European holiday that celebrates the Woman. And astrologically, it is a cross-quarter day between the Vernal Equinox (beginning of Spring) and the Summer Solstice (beginning of Summer). It signifies the fertility of the Earth and tells us it is time to plant seeds in Her. The word "witch" is one that often carries a negative connotation. For most, the work invokes the image of an old, hideous woman, wearing all black with a pointy black hat. She knows "magic" and can make potions to alter people's thoughts and behaviors, as well her surrounding area/environment. The connotation of witch is that she is an evil woman that uses her powers for her own personal gain. She is often seen riding a broomstick, cackling throughout the night sky. Etymology, the study of the origin of words, is a science that is applicable to everything we study throughout life, for it teaches us how to find the denotation, or original meaning of a word. This allows us to have an over- and inner-standing of the concept the word is truly intended to convey. The word "witch" carries the root wit, coming from the Indo European Root weid, which means "to see". A witch is like a prophet, who is like a seer- they are able to see things beyond the surface/physical realm and beyond this present moment. They are able to manipulate the environment, situations, people's minds/actions, etc... because they know the ancient sciences that govern this landmass. The know that they are Lords of the plane made Manifest. Remember, the Lord is the Law, and witches not only know universal principles and law, they ARE the law itself. Today, people's view of a witch may have been altered due to the popularity of so-called New Age, Neo-Pagan faiths such as Wicca and Druid orders. It is not so spooky/scary to the masses, but to the unconscious Moors clouded by dogma, Wiccans and Druids are Evil Pagans that will burn in Hell (there is so much etymologically to break down in that sentence, I will have to do another post on The Cultivated Mind to address this). The purpose of this post is to illuminate what the Europeans tried to hide (who are sorcerers themselves, as they use words to cast spells upon us). We will look at the various practices of witches throughout history, and see that they are truly illuminated, enlightened WISE women (witch and wise carry the same etymological root). They are the healers and oracles that protect the people and the world around them. The are to be honored and revered, not discarded and feared. ![]() In the 90s, there was a great popularity with televisions and movies about witches and the "supernatural" realm. The show "Charmed" is about four witches that come together as a triad to harness the power of three and fight evil demonic entities. They use a book of spells, speak Latin, use roots, and carry magic amulets/charms. Notice how all of the characters are made to have a "dark, alluring" look. That is because they have to acknowledge the melanin within necessary to be a great witch. But they still will not show US as the witches. It is to turn us away from our own culture. Witchcraft, the art of the wise woman, dates back to antiquity. In ancient Moorish communities and families throughout the world, women have used their gifts and powers to uplift their loved ones. In Kemet, wise women were called upon to give clarity and light about situations that were unclear or confusing to members of her community. In Ramesside documents from the site of Deir-el-Medina, reference is made to a 'wise woman' that assists a man in solving the mystery of why his twin boys died soon after birth. He asks what god is responsible for this act. It is likely that he asks because he seeks to invoke an energy to counter that which caused this misfortune. A witch or wise woman would know the perfect combination God names, chants/spells, and correspondences (plants, minerals, metals, etc...) to aid this man and his wife in his time of grief. It is also stated that people of Deir-el-Medina consulted with oracles about many aspects of the lives', including seeking retribution and justice. (Remember that Moors- astrology and cosmology are divine laws and go hand in hand with national principles and common law). Perhaps the most popular positive image of the ancient wise woman/witch are found within the Celtic tradition. The Celts are groups of tribes that domiciled in the British Isles between 700 BC and 100 AD. When people speak of Wiccan practices, they are often referring to the mythology and religious practices. The Celts believed in the Mother Source, and their practices were in reverence to her. Remember, Her is the Moon, the planet of Woman, fertility, and birth. The Celtic calendar has 13 months, which shows they keep time by the Moon's phases. They, as other cultures throughout the world, know the importance of the Moon and Sun in sustaining and producing life- thus, their rituals correspond to their movements. This is not spookism, it is high science and wisdom. It is one that we have lost today due to Inquisition practices (see below). If witches/wise women were revered and honored throughout antiquity, when did they start to be denigrated and denounced as evil? In comes the Inquisition. Initially, Christians did not find conflict with witchcraft because they did not believe that it was real. However, through theological studies, inquisitor manuals, and a series of papal bulls, Christian's attitudes began to shift and deem witches as blasphemers and heretics. In 1484, Pope Innocent VIII, in the bull Summeris desiderantes, officially initiated allowed inquisitors to pursue witches, thus authorizing the first witch hunts. Below is the text of the papal bull itself:
These practices did not stop in Europe. In North America/NorthWest Amexum, we also practiced witchcraft. The Salem witch trials are really a continuation of the Inquisition; the burning of Moorish women at stakes was because they wanted to suppress inner vision- the knowledge of our true past, overstanding present conditions, and seeing/making a way for us to overcome our conditions. We were and still are witches full of great energy, insight, wisdom, and power. We just need to starting "seeing" again. And we need to see with our First Eye. We will gain moor wisdom through the stimulation of our pineal gland. This Walpurgsnacht, let us honor and revere ourSelves as the ancient Moabite wise women that we are. Let us reclaim our Seat upon the Throne as the Lord of this Plane made manifest. Let us heal ourSelves and our families from our conditions- be it regarding health, financial, litigation, relationship, etc... Let us know that WE have the power within US and must invoke it through rituals and exercises. And we must KNOW ourselves to be that which Allah has created us to BE.![]() According to anthropologist Edward Carpenter (1, pp 19-20), religions developed from ancient, primitive societies based on the worship of nature. In particular, most religions derive from the observations of
Sun Worship Worldwide Sun worship the basis of many religions throughout ancient and subsequently, modern day society. Although it has evolved after the deification of the moon, the sky, and the earth, solar worship is prevalent throughout the world. The only two places that are not known to have a solar god are China and Oceania (2, pp 302-3). The Sun Gods in various pantheons are as follows: Sumerians: Utu; Babbar Semetic Babylonian: Shamash Phonecia and land of Canaan: Baal (with Ashtaroth/Astarte), Melkarth, Shamas, Adoni, Moloch Syria: Tammuz, Elagabalus Moabites: Baal-peor, Chemesh Babylonians and Assyrian: Bel (Mylitta), Shamas (Annuit) Medes and Persians: Ormuz, Mithra Hindus: Mitra, Mithra(s), Krishna Greece: Adonis (Venus), Hercules, Apollo in Delphis (Diana), Iesus Rome: Sol, Jesus Banks of the Euphrates: Belus Libya: Ammon Memphis: Apis Arabia: Saturn Assyria: Jupiter Egypt: Serapis Although Christmas is a Christian holiday, Christmas is based on the universal practice of honoring the Solstice. The Solstice (sol is sun, while stice is stand) . As the Sun travels around the Earth, there are four cardinal points that indicate the season. When the Sun is at the Southern most point of the Earth (the South Pole), we know we have reached Winter- the days are shorter and the nights are longer. The Sun then stands still for three days, and then begins its ascent on the fourth day. This correlates to the Winter Solstice beginning 12/21, standing still from 12/22-12/24, and beginning its ascent (rise) on 12/25. Thus, Christmas represents the Rising of the Sun or the Birth of the Son, Christ. Saturnalia is an ancient, pre-Christian winter festival celebrating the coming of the Capricorn season, which is associated with Saturn. In Roman mythology, Saturn (meaning to sow) is the God of Structure, Order, and Organization. He brings peace through the establishment of government, rules, and ordinances. In Greek mythology, he is Chronos, Father Time, who ate his children. Father TIme eating his children represents the past eating the future, or the old maxim "Time Waits for No One". Saturnalia is a celebration that promotes good will towards all men. The servants and the rich switch places, the servants are catered to by their masters. Gifts were given, particularly those less fortunate than others. Constantine, in his efforts to subjugate the Romans under "Christian" dogma, placed the birth of Jesus during the Solstice celebrations to make it easier for the Romans to adopt the "new religion". However, this does not negate its origin, which is indigenously ours. Christmas is Moorish. It is Kemetic (for its story resembles that of Heru). It is Hindu (for its story resembles that of Krishna). ![]() The Mystery of Santa Claus Santa Claus is an amalgamation of ancient Germanic/Norse deities, including Wotan, Odin, Donor, and Thor. His colors are red and white because he associated with the aminata mushroom, a red and white mushroom found underneath the evergreen green tree. Reindeer are sacred in Nordic culture, as they provide food, clothing, and shelter. Santa's sleigh is the Big Dipper- it is the chariot of Thor, Wotan, Odin, and even Ausar. During "Christmas", the Big Dipper circles the North Pole, the home of the previously mentioned deities. The Mushrooms are linked to Nordic mythology, as Thor's mushroom-shaped hammer hits the ground and causes thunder and lightening. The thunder and lightening are said to be the source of the Mushroom. In battle, Wotan's bloody saliva hits the Earth at the same point that the mushroom is born. Rudolphs red nose comes from the effects of the mushroom itself. The amanita mushroom is said to have psychedelic effects because it is comprised of DMT; it stimulates the pineal gland. Also, it turns ones face red upon ingestion. Christmas is astrological and it is your ancient Moorish tradition. Islam, and Merry Christmas
This blog is to give an overview of basic astrological concepts- it serves as a summary for initiates and a review for students of the science.
Aries: I am The beginning of the year in a majority of ancient civilizations. Aries is the infant of the zodiac, representing ego. An infant cries to let his or her mother know "I am here- love/nurture/feed/change/hold me". Aries is Ego as a child and the Superego as an adult. Taurus: I have Taurus represents possessions. The Taurean energy is patient, loyal, stable, sometimes stubborn, but full of love. Taurus needs to have to be able to feel comfortable, for comfort is its ultimate goal. Once a child is born (Aries), he/she goes home to their family's possessions. Taurus is food, clothing, and Shelter. Gemini: I think Gemini is thought and communication. It represents all forms of communication, including writing, speaking, and even telepathy. Intellect, rationality (thus, mathematics and science), etc... They can see both sides of a situation, so they tend to have a difficult time making decisions. It represents short distance travels, mercantilism, early childhood, K-12 learning, and teaching. Cancer: I feel Cancer represents emotions; at its height, it is also psychic awareness. Cancer is the mother of the zodiac; she rules over children and childbirth, the home, cooking, and watery activities and professions. Cancer feels what others feel without them even speaking. It also represents property and real estate, counseling, and the legacy one leaves in their lifetime. Leo: I will Leo is the will- the force behind that which happens or manifests in one's life through the use of ego. It is associated with power, authority, and sovereignty. It is also creative energy, as the Sun, its ruler, the the source of life. He is often viewed as the father of the zodiac. Leo represents kings, empires, public speaking, traveling, lecturing, children, play, and romance. Virgo: I analyze Virgo is the energy of work; it is how Taurus derives what is has. This energy is efficient, diligent, and analytical. It scrutinizes and uses only that which is useful, and discards the rest; therefore, it is known as the "perfectionist". Writing, editing, accounting, health (fasting), nervous energy, and rigidity are all representations of Virgo. Libra: I weigh (balance) Libra literally means "scales" in Latin. It is best known for its association love and marriage because it is the energy of partnership. Beauty and art are also Libran qualities, for it creates a balanced, peaceful state of mind. This is a sociable energy, due to its preference for diplomacy. Therefore, law, justice, business and love partners, open enemies, and artistic endeavors are all representatives of Libra. Scorpio: I desire The energy of transformation and regeneration; Scorpio has three stages- the Scorpion (lowest energy- vindictive, jealous, and manipulative); the Serpent (the Rising Kundalini- the energy of determination and force of raising ones' frequency); and the Phoenix/Eagle (the enlightened/Illuminated One). Thus, Scorpio reaches for its deepest, most lustful desires, and raises them up to transform and manifest the highest energies of the universe. Scorpio represents mystery, intensity, lust, sexual relationships, taxes, loyalty, magnetism, the occult, inheritance, and shared property and finances. Sagittarius: I see or I seek Sagittarius is the archer who is always pointed towards the heights to perceive the highest knowledge in the universe and the ethers. This is abundance, progress, and growth. Sagittarius is also altruistic and benevolent, for the moor you give, the moor you receive. Metaphysics, philosophy, universal law, religion, and cosmology all represent Sagittarius. Capricorn: I use The time of the Winter Solstice, Capricorn represents a quiet energy that comes from limitation, restriction, and order. Ambitious, calculating, and at times rigid, this energy is destined to succeed. Challenge comes from restriction; to overcome brings one success. Aquarius: I know Aquarius is the energy of intuition and innovation, in philosophy and technology. Aquarius seeks to destroy and rebuild that which inhibits progress in society. This is also an energy of group consciousness and awakening through compassion and humanitarian efforts. Technology, astrology and astronomy, mathematics, intelligence, independence, revolution, rebellion and sudden changes/extremes are Aquarian energies. Pisces: I believe Pisces represents cosmic consciousness. It is the unity of love, for as the HKM says “No man lives unto himself, for every living thing is bound by cords to every living thing”. It is dreams, psychic energy, sensitive, emotional, and other-worldly. Imagination and sensitivity is the key- Pisces is able to feel what others feel, which brings telepathy, extra sensory perception, and omniscience. The Autumnal Equinox just recently passed. Honors to Oshun and Hathor- both Goddesses Lov and Fertility. Libra is the sign we have just entered, and she is also known as Ma'at. For Libra brings balance/harmony, justice, and beauty to our world.
The Red on our Flag is Mars energy- active, forthright, and expressive. The Green, 5-pointed, interlaced Star is Venus or Lucifer- this is the Morning Star. Remember, Lucifer just means "light-bearer", not the Devil. That is a connotative meaning that refers to the inverted pentagram, which is associated with Baphomet, the goat, which is Saturn (who is the Great Teacher, misnomered the Devil). During the month of Libra, it is like every day is Holy Friday- let us get together and balance our relationships and partnerships with other Moors. Libra is also the sign of business partnerships. This is a great time overall of us to work towards building enterprises together, for it has been stated by the Prophet that we are to be industrious Moors. This is how we obtain Finance. On October 5th, the Sun will be opposite Pluto. We may feel sociable and ready to build with others on the outside, but deep down, we are experiencing a violent urge towards regeneration- drawing from the root chakra and drawing it up to our heart chakra to emanate lov to all those around us. On October 8th, the Sun will be opposite Uranus, who is in retrograde. On this day, we must now make a radical change in lives to be our best and most effective Selves. Only then can we build partnerships and relationships with others. Although we may be in a period of harmony and balance with each other, we must still remember to maintain our inner Selves and make sure our actions in aligned with our innate Purpose using the gifts of life that we were endowed with from Birth. The Self (Ego) is not bad in itSelf...rather, it is an untamed, undisciplined child that sits unrivaled within us. So the next couple of days require Self exploration and Radical Transformation. That is how our businesses and other collaborative efforts will thrive- by taking responsibility of our role in any misunderstandings that take place as we work together to reclaim our lands. Listen to your brother. Remember the Moabitess and how necessary she is to the uplifting of fallen humanity- only she Can do so through her progeny. Honor Wombman; Honor the Land; Raise Up and Change from Within; Rebuild your Partnerships Sometimes you gotta dig down deep within yourself and pull out that Self that knows that you can and will get it done. Sometimes you are encouragement to others around you to remind yourself that you are not here alone; that we all go thru it; and that sometimes, we are stronger than we ever thought we could be.
According to Black's Law Dictionary (Revised 4th Edition):
"Servant" is synonymous with "employee". Gooden v. Mitchell, Del.Super., 21 A.2d 197, 200, 201, 203, 2 Terry 301; Gibson v. Gillette Motor Transport, Tex.Civ.App., 138 S.W.2d 293, 294. Ten- nessee Valley Appliances v. Rowden, 24 Tenn. App. 487 146 S.W.2d 845, 848. A servant is bound to comply with, be devoted to, conform to, flatter, and be governed by their master. To be a servant is akin to being enslaved. So, who's YOUR master? As a Moor, you should be the master over yourSelf, for in I.S.L.A.M= I Self Law Am Master. Lastly, we can break FREE from our servitude by mastering ourSelves. That is through Astrology. Knowing your astrological makeup will teach you your strengths, weaknesses, and areas that you must MASTER to ascend. “If you would ask me what to study, I would say, yourselves; and when you well have studied them; and then would ask me what to study next, I would reply, yourselves. He who knows well his lower self, knows the illusions of the world, knows of the things that pass away; and he who knows his higher self, know Allah; knows well the things that cannot pass away. Thrice blessed is the man who has made purity and love his very own; he has been ransomed from the perils of the lower self and is himself his higher self.” – Moorish Holy Koran 3:14-16 Do you have a friend that is jus super chill? I mean, so laid back, they jus FEEL like the weekend? Are the slow to anger? Steadfast, a bit stubborn, but overall, a lover of food, friends, life, and...love? Well then, you probably have encountered the Venus-influenced Taurus. While slowly plodding and trotting their course, it can appear that the Taurus is stagnant. But don't think that he or she isn't setting the foundation for the future- both theirs and the family. Remember, Taurus is in the middle of Spring- we planted seeds in Aries, and now they are taking root in the soil (fitting for Earth sign Taurus), building a foundation to push through the soil and manifest its potential as flora, fauna, or food. So the key word for Taurus is patience.
The Sun is at 4° Taurus. Mercury is at 3° Taurus. So we should all start focusing on what?? Gettin' our FINANCES right. Why?? So that we can build a life of comfort, pleasure, and love. It's been a while since I've written a post- my apologies to my Moorish Family. I am first an educator (it's a life's mission w/ my heavy Gemini-influence), so I have been working on my educational business. I am a reading/language arts/math/history/"if-I-know-it-I-will-teach-it" teacher. And for my fellow educators out there, you know that work never ends, even outside of the classroom. Reading is critical for the Moors- how else are we to study? Yes, we can meditate and access the Akashic records. The ancestors also left us written material and came back through writers to teach us about our past, present, and future. What do they always say? You can hide anything from a "black" person in a book. Well, we are Moors- and nothing can be hidden from a Moor that studies, reads, and applies what they have gained. Where is this all going? |
