Rather, it refers to the Moon and Womanhood.  Think about it:

Friday=Frigga's Degree (the Celtic Goddess related to Venus)

13th: Moon (the planet which is the womb)- there are 13 new/full Moons in the Year.

Thus, today is a GOOD DEGREE.  
STOP THE MISAPPROPRIATION OF OUR MOORISH CULTURE.
